Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Occupancy Planner to support occupancy strategy and space management within corporate workplace programs across AMER. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and Client's Strategic Planning teams to align relocation management, project delivery, and facilities operations.

The role requires strategic occupancy planning experience and strong data-driven presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5–8 years in a corporate real estate environment.
• Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level.
• Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, cell calculations, formulas) and headcount/space demand analysis for 1:1 and agile populations.
• Strong ability to convey planning strategy in written format with data and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply and validate headcount projections for a rolling three-year planning horizon.
• Develop occupancy scenarios to support business and GREF requirements.
• Track and report projected vs actual headcount by organization and site.
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of org-level moves.
• Develop stacking diagrams and obtain organizational alignment on migration plans.
• Coordinate scope, phasing schedules and space policies with stakeholders.
• Review Site Audit Data and validate with Facilities and SDI teams.
