Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Occupancy Planner to manage seat demand reporting, planning migrations, and space utilization within corporate real estate. You will develop top-down and bottom-up projections, align plans with design standards, and maintain CAFM data across projects while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in space/occupancy planning, strong Excel, AutoCAD, and presentations skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment furniture/layouts.
• Experience with space/occupancy planning at a strategic level and with interior renovations and building code compliance is desirable.
• CAFM system experience (Archibus or Tririga) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting of information and foster relationships between stakeholders.
• Provide design presentations for furniture layouts and options from existing inventory.
• Build stack plans and PowerPoint presentations for building details to support planning.
• Develop migration plans and coordinate with move and facility teams; conduct facility audits.
• Coordinate cross-campus/portfolio strategy plans with occupancy planning team.
