Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner in Beaverton, OR, to manage seat demand forecasting, top-down/bottom-up projections, and migration planning. You will reconcile group-level forecasts with client requirements and ensure alignment with workplace standards.

You will also help develop migration sequencing, present utilization data, and document data in CAFM systems for ongoing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment furniture layouts.
• Experience with space/occupancy planning at a strategic level and with interior office renovations is highly desirable.
• CAFМ system experience (Archibus or Tririga) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting of information and foster relationships between stakeholders across corporate Real Estate.
• Prepare design presentations for furniture layouts from existing inventory and support Strategic Planning.
• Build stack plans and PowerPoint presentations for building details to assist Sr. Planners.
• Develop migration plans, coordinate with internal move and facility teams, and conduct facility audits.
• Coordinate with occupancy planning team to align cross-campus portfolio strategy plans.
