Job summary

CBRE in Dallas is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner to deliver space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of occupancy metrics for major clients.

You will review space requirements, create block plans, and develop move lists, while collaborating with teams to support move sequencing and execution. The role emphasizes accurate data management and client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education considered.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate to gain business intelligence including move sequencing and execution.
• Validate occupancy metrics and update space planning data.
• Lead space walks and ensure accurate occupancy data.
