Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr Occupancy Planner to oversee tactical occupancy planning for a client portfolio in a defined region. The role focuses on space pipeline reporting, governance of standards, and proactive solutioning, with emphasis on coordination across IFM, PDS, and client leadership.

The successful candidate will lead space planning for expansions, relocations, consolidations, and refreshes, while managing budgets, forecasting, and headcount alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational presentations and reports illustrating Space pipeline and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with core program standards using C&W tools and templates.
• Demonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with IFM, PDS, and client leadership for alignment and day-to-day operations.
• Provide space planning solutions for expansions, relocations, consolidations, and refreshes.
• Develop planning proposals, site assessments, and supply/demand studies.
• Direct delivery of project activities including relocations and renovations.
• Develop headcount budgets, forecasting, and gearing ratios.
