Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans for real estate teams.
• Create block/stack plans, charters and move lists.
• Produce complex drawings and client-facing presentations for steering committees.
• Collaborate with team to gather business intelligence on moves and relocations.
• Validate occupancy data and maintain system records of occupancy metrics.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze space planning trends.
• Engage with clients to coordinate project requirements and issues.
• Coordinate with Change Management and implement space planning updates.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values to guide team delivery.
