Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner in Sunnyvale to provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of space planning metrics for large and high-profile clients.

You will review space requirements, create plans, and produce presentations for executive-level review. The role involves collaboration with real estate teams, project management, and Change Management to ensure accurate occupancy data, forecasts, and successful post-occupancy support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to review solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce complex drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate to gain business intelligence including move sequencing and execution.
• Manage occupancy data and run forecasts to identify planning trends.
• Lead validation of occupancy metrics and update systems of record.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and Change Management teams.
