Job summary

The Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, accounting, reporting, and treasury across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of nonprofit financial leadership, strong GAAP expertise, and a collaborative leadership style. MBA preferred; FE NXT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Meaningful track record of nonprofit financial leadership (5+ years).
• Ability to translate complex financial information for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with fund accounting, grants, and restricted/reimbursement-based revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, accounting, reporting, and treasury for multiple locations.
• Strengthen internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Partner with CEO, Board, and Development to support fundraising and growth.
