Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains (BGCNP) seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, accounting, compliance, treasury, and financial operations across multiple locations. This role partners with the CEO, executive team, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee to steward resources responsibly and enable mission-driven growth.

The CFO will strengthen reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash-flow management while building scalable systems, ensuring fund accounting

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible financial leadership experience (5+ years), ideally in nonprofit organizations.
• Experience strengthening financial controls, treasury practices, cash-flow forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial advisor to CEO, board, and Finance Committee.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, controls, audits, grant reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial systems to support growth.
• Collaborate with fundraising and development teams to support donor reporting and revenue forecasting.
