Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, accounting, and treasury across multiple locations and funding streams. The role partners with the CEO and Board to balance stewardship with growth, strengthening financial systems and decision-support for mission impact.

The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecast models, cash-flow planning, audits, and compliance, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and scalable processes for a growing nonprofit.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership in nonprofit organizations.
• Experience with fund accounting and GAAS strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting financial information to the CEO, board, and committees.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO, executive team, Board, and Finance Committee.
• Lead annual budgeting, multi-year forecasting, cash-flow planning, and scenario analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls, treasury practices, and reporting for complex fund structures.
• Collaborate across departments to align revenue forecasting with program goals and growth.
• Develop and mentor finance staff, building scalable systems and processes.
• Partner with development to reconcile contributions and donor reporting.
