Job summary

The Chief Financial Officer will join Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains in Brookings, SD, guiding the organization’s financial strategy at a pivotal growth point.

This leader will bring clarity to a complex funding landscape, improve forecasting and reporting, and strengthen internal controls while partnering with the CEO, executive team, and Finance Committee to support sustainable mission delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nonprofit financial leadership experience.
• Experience with fund accounting and GAAS.
• Strong board-level reporting and communication.
