Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) in Georgia is seeking a Direct Sales Account Executive (AE) to own and develop customer relationships across North American operators, aligning business needs with technical solutions.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define operator requirements, drive revenue strategies, and lead complex contract negotiations while coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver winning proposals and integration plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years direct sales and/or technical account management with network operators in North America.
• Bachelor's Degree in wireless telecommunications.
• Strong technical background with signaling and Intelligent Networks (SS7/IP) and OSS/BSS systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Experience selling to wireless and/or broadband carriers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize revenue across the product portfolio.
• Lead solution proposals based on customer requirements with product and technical teams.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and drive closure.
• Coordinate resources for expert presentations, technical prep, and integration analysis.
• Ensure key technical decision makers understand the solution and deployment plans.
• Create and deliver technical documentation for proposed solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical sales and marketing materials.
• Forecast revenue and conduct business reviews.
