As a Strategic Negotiator on the Economic Development team, you will shape tax-incentive strategies, structure multi-decade agreements, and collaborate with executives, vendors, and government officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Real Estate, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in site selection, economic development, corporate real estate, tax incentive structuring, or commercial contract negotiation within a corporate or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and pursue new site expansion projects and infrastructure procurement.
• Serve as a commercial liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders; influence strategy at the executive level.
• Manage confidential projects with attention to value, timing, and project plans.
