Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator on the Economic Development team to lead complex negotiations for hyper-scale data centers and related infrastructure. You will work with project teams, engage high-level government officials, and structure multi-decade agreements to optimize Google’s Total Cost of Ownership and risk profile.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Real Estate, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in site selection, economic development, corporate real estate, tax incentive structuring, or commercial contract negotiation within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for direct high-level negotiations, public hearings, and site-level stakeholder engagements.
