The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Customer Sales Manager to join the Customer Business Team. You will drive profitable growth through improved planning, forecasting, gross margin and market share across our national footprint, developing business strategies with cross-functional partners to deliver on commitments.

As a remote-based role, you will lead implementation of CBT routines, manage monthly forecasting, and partner with Field Sales, Finance and RGMX to optimize trade spends and ROI

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
• Ability to build category insights from syndicated data.
• Detail-oriented, able to work autonomously in CBT.
• Polished communication and negotiation/influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with IRI/Spark.

Responsabilités

• Lead collaborations with Business Unit counterparts to drive strategy.
• Partner with Field sales, Finance and RGMX to improve planning and forecasting.
• Own the delivery of innovations with customers and cross-functional delivery.
• Lead monthly forecasting routine for consistent results.
• Lead forecast bias routines with monthly CBT leadership shares.
• Achieve trade plan objectives to maximize ROI.
• Drive national priorities during key seasonal times.
