Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales Manager to join the Customer Business Team. The role drives profitable growth through planning, forecasting, gross margin, and market share delivery across the national footprint.

The CSM will develop strategies to align cross-functional value and lead the implementation of CBT routines. Remote-based, salaried position with a base salary range of $104,200 to $130,200, plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
• Experience using syndicated data to build category insights, recommendations and business plans.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously within a CBT framework.
• Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills with negotiation and influence abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; ability to learn new systems such as IRI and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborations with Business Unit counterparts to drive strategy.
• Partner with Field sales, Finance and RGMX to improve planning and forecasting performance.
• Own the delivery of Innovation launches with the customer and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Lead monthly forecasting routine to deliver consistent results.
• Lead implementation of forecast bias routine with monthly share outs with CBT leadership.
• Achieve trade plan objectives to maximize ROI on working and non-working spends.
• Drive strategic national priorities during key seasonal time frames.
