Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Customer Sales Manager (CSM) to own Taste Elevation category selling with a $40M+ revenue scope. You will lead the liaison between Kraft Heinz and two Giant banners, drive NSV and CMA, and build strategic partnerships with retailers nationwide.

You will partner with CBT and cross-functional teams to optimize promotions, forecast revenue, manage P&L impact, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders while maintaining high service levels and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer management and retail sales in a CPG setting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong forecasting and financial acumen with P&L awareness.
• Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer to understand business, marketplace, and growth opportunities.
• Achieve revenue objectives and optimize share, new item authorizations, and shelving.
• Own P&L, forecast revenue, and manage trade/promotional activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify whitespace and drive insights.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with internal teams to minimize deductions.
