Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Associate Customer Sales Manager to support the full KHC portfolio, driving $25M+ in revenue as a key member of the Customer Business Team. This remote role focuses on Retailer Owner Groups within the division.

You will build relationships with AWG and Ad Group divisions, lead promotional planning, and analyze data to enable profitable growth while traveling up to 20% as needed. Salary is competitive with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience working autonomously within a team and meeting priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication with negotiation ability.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meets with Owner Groups and AWG/Ad group personnel to drive growth.
• Forecast monthly shipper and product demand with retailers; adjust as needed.
• Sell residual product and manage timely payments and AR.
• Conduct post-promotional analysis for retailers and internal planning.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and joint business plans with retailers.
• Act as a business partner, aligning retailer strategy with Kraft Heinz goals.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and drive profitability.
