Job summary

A national scope role, with preferred relocation to Chicago or Pittsburgh, remote options available. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client advisory, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outcomes that improve persistency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing large national accounts or complex client relationships.
• Group Life & Health Sales License required.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
• Strong financial, underwriting, and analytical skills.

• Own and manage large national accounts with clear goals and strategies.
