Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with national accounts or group insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12–15+ National Account Managers and specialty service associates.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and KPI targets.
• Develop relationships with distribution partners and matrix units.
• Provide escalation contact for clients and brokers to resolve issues.
• Recruit and develop talent; manage performance, staffing, and engagement.
• Contribute to client services transformation projects and platform enhancements.
