Job summary

New York Life is seeking a National Account Client Liaison to support NYL GBS products and services for designated accounts. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage enrollment and eligibility, and ensure accurate data and timely client communication.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with internal teams and the client’s HR function.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Expertise in Disability, FMLA, and ADA processing.
• Ability to navigate DIAL and the mynylgbs.com portal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for operational activities requiring manual intervention.
• Acts as a liaison between the client and New York Life.
• Engage with diverse audiences at all levels of the client organization.
• Manage exception processing and complex workflows outside standard processes.
• Coordinate eligibility discrepancies, data reconciliation and file management.
