Weyerhaeuser seeks a Strategic Account leader to manage national builder and building materials customers, serving as the primary interface with enterprise accounts. This role requires travel 40-50% and collaboration with executives.

You will develop business strategies, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to achieve joint goals, opportunities, and streamlined problem solving for key customers.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and 10+ years directly related experience OR 4-year degree and 6+ in a wood products or building materials customer facing position

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers at executive levels.
• Forecasts and tracks key account metrics and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Leads negotiations, analysis, and communications around proposals and contracts.
• Partners with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to define goals and opportunities.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to support strategy implementation and in-market activities.
• Serves as single point of contact to resolve customer requests and issues.
