You will serve as the primary interface with enterprise customers, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to shape strategies and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 10+ years in wood products or building materials customer-facing roles.
• HS/GED with 4-year degree and 6+ years in relevant industry also acceptable.

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with executives and stakeholders; leads discussions at the corporate level.
• Leads negotiations, analysis, and contract communications.
• Forecasts and communicates account performance to internal/external stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities to use WY solutions to benefit customers; collaborates with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales teams.
• Supports in-market activities and facilitates implementation of customer strategies.
• Acts as single point of contact to resolve customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
