Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive value for national builder, building materials dealer, and home improvement warehouse customers. You will be the main Weyerhaeuser interface with enterprise customers, guiding joint business strategies and solutions while traveling 40-50%.

You will lead negotiations, develop proposals, and collaborate with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to set goals and execute programs that maximize account performance across wood products lines.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 10+ years directly related experience or a 4-year degree with 6+ years in a wood products or building materials customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, connecting with executives and stakeholders.
• Leads discussions at the corporate level in a consultative sales environment.
• Forecasts and tracks key account metrics and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Leads negotiations, analysis, and proposals for business opportunities.
• Collaborates with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to define goals, targets and opportunities.
• Serves as single point of contact, resolving customer requests quickly by escalating issues internally.
