Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Strategic Account professional to drive value for national builder, building materials dealer, and home improvement customers. You will interface with enterprise customers, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to align industry and geographic goals.

This role requires the ability to travel 40-50% and to operate as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring profitable solutions and strong executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 10+ years related experience or 4-year degree plus 6+ years in wood products/building materials customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, connecting with executives and stakeholders.
• Forecasts and tracks key account metrics and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Leads negotiations, analyzes proposals, and develops business contracts.
• Identifies opportunities to apply WY solutions to customers and defines goals with marketing and sales teams.
• Supports in-market activities and serves as the single point of contact for customer requests.

Education
