Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive value with national builders and home improvement channels. You will serve as the primary interface with enterprise customers, guiding executive discussions and joint business strategies though travel 40–50% of the time.

You will lead strategic negotiations, develop proposals, and collaborate with Strategic Marketing and WP Sales to define goals and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large national accounts with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in strategy development, negotiations, and contract drafting.
• Ability to travel 40-50% to support key customers and in-market activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, connecting with executives and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Leads discussions at the corporate level and works in a consultative sales environment.
• Forecasts and tracks key account metrics and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Collaboratively develops proposals and leads negotiations around contracts.
• Partners with marketing and sales teams to define goals and opportunities.
