Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across key national accounts.

You will build executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to deliver results. The role requires strong analytics, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of growing profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of national/account management or sales leadership experience.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and market share gains.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and customer executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotional programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales.
• Analyze customer, consumer, syndicated, and CRM data to generate insights and business recommendations.
• Manage customer investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor business performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach, develop, and lead direct reports to achieve business objectives and strengthen commercial capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution.
