Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years in National/Key Account Management or related sales leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Build executive-level customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, and promotional programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Sales.
• Analyze data to generate insights and business recommendations.
• Manage customer investments and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
