Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Strategic Account-focused professional to drive value with national builders, dealers, and home improvement retailers. You will interface with enterprise customers, lead executive-level discussions, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to shape joint business strategies.

You will develop relationships across the organization, forecast key metrics, and steer proposals and negotiations to maximize ROI while supporting in-market execution of strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role in wood products or building materials.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and OSB/EWP terms.
• Executive-level relationship building with national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers and executives.
• Leads discussions at the corporate level in a consultative sales environment.
• Forecasts and communicates account metrics to stakeholders.
• Develops business proposals and leads contract negotiations.
