Job summary

GardaWorld seeks an Assistant National Account Portfolio Manager to support the National Account Portfolio Director, acting as trusted second-in-command for a complex client portfolio spanning physical security, special events, and integrated programs. Remote role with 50% travel.

You will partner with executives, analyze performance and budgets, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor as part of a succession plan while gaining exposure to enterprise-level decision making.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience leading business operations, strategic accounts, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex client relationships.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience owning business metrics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the National Account Portfolio Director.
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level client stakeholders.
• Participate in executive business reviews and strategic planning meetings.
• Assist in developing long-term client partnership strategies.
• Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and expand services.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance.
• Review profitability, revenue trends, labor costs, and operational metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Review pricing proposals and business cases.
• Support invoice reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Analyze KPIs and recommend business improvements.
• Lead strategic initiatives and enterprise projects by coordinating large-scale staffing efforts, events, expansions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, Finance, Recruiting, and leadership to drive outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, KPI dashboards, and financial summaries.
