You'll guide security strategies, ensure contractual compliance, and lead teams across branches. Remote/work-from-home position with up to 30% travel on East Coast and occasional on-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Availability for on-call duty 24/7 and arrange support during absences.
• Maintain and update CRM and ERP databases.
• Ensure consistent operations across portfolio through client communications with local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop strategic relationships for principal accounts and partnerships with local teams.
• Formulate and assess comprehensive security and crisis management strategies.
• Oversee client billing processes including DSO assessments and follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Maintain Client Summary Forms and Account Summary Forms.
