GardaWorld is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to oversee high-impact accounts, spearhead security initiatives, and foster lasting partnerships. This role includes 24/7 on-call responsibilities, ensuring contractual compliance, and guiding teams through challenges to deliver exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security operations management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• 5+ years of successful experience in security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Availability for on-call duty 24/7 for client issues and emergencies; arrange alternate support.
• Maintain and update all business databases including CRM and ERP systems.
• Ensure consistent operations across the portfolio through routine communications with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships for principal accounts with local branches.
• Formulate, execute, and assess security and crisis management strategies.
