Qualifications

• 5+ years of security operations management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass screening.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call support and coordinate alternate coverage.
• Maintain and update business databases (CRM/ERP).
• Ensure portfolio operations are consistent through regular client communications.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Build strategic relationships with accounts and local teams.
• Develop and assess security and crisis management strategies.
• Oversee client billing processes and KPI reporting.
• Prepare client-focused presentations and pricing estimates.
• Lead data analysis and internal reporting for management.
