Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community. You will lead marketing, budgeting, and financial management, supervise staff, and ensure asset preservation. The role requires strong communication, compliance, and customer focus, with oversight of revenues, expenses, and occupancy targets.

You will coordinate with lenders, owners, and partners to meet performance goals, while maintaining high resident satisfaction and regulatory adherence across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in property management of 200+ units with demonstrated financial results.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• CAM designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual marketing plans to maximize occupancy and updates quarterly.
• Manages budgets, monitors NOI, and improves revenue while controlling expenses.
• Oversees maintenance, inspections, capital projects, and asset preservation.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates on-site staff; administers compensation per budget.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, timely rent collection, and efficient record-keeping.
