Job summary

SEVEN.ME is seeking a Community Manager for a multifamily property in Wisconsin. The role oversees operations, leasing, marketing, and maintenance, reporting to a Senior Regional/Regional Property Manager.

The position requires strong accounting awareness and knowledge of Fair Housing laws, with staff supervision responsibilities across the site. Responsibilities include resident screening, rent collection, lease administration, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of multifamily property management and Fair Housing laws.
• Must be able to manage leasing, rent collections, and maintenance coordination.
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and staff in line with company policies.
• Greet prospective residents, show units, screen applicants, and process leases.
• Collect rents, post to the accounting system, and manage bank deposits.
• Assist with vendor selection, budget development, and reports for leadership.
• Supervise maintenance requests, safety, and inspections; manage occupancy readiness.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property reports and supervise staff performance.
