Responsibilities include managing all aspects of property, coordinating maintenance, negotiating leases, marketing vacancies, handling budgets, and fostering positive tenant relations to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as property manager.
• Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.

• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
