Job summary

Milhaus SRG is seeking a Property Manager for a Cincinnati community to oversee budgeting, financial performance, and daily operations. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing and maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction while meeting ownership objectives.

The role requires experience with multi-family operations, strong leadership, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the Milhaus SRG platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible property management experience with 200+ units.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation.
• CAM designation a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control.
• Strong track record in personnel management including hiring, training and staff development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and consensus-building abilities.
• Excellent training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel; familiarity with Entrata preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight at least quarterly and to operate basic office equipment.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops on-site staff.
• Administers the compensation program at the property per budget.
• Prepares quarterly and annual performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Leads budgeting, revenue enhancement, and expense control efforts.
• Maintains reporting, including NOI, variance analyses, and owner reports.
• Oversees leasing, occupancy, and compliance with lease terms.
• Manages maintenance, capital projects, and vendor relations.
