MMG Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a 115-unit multi-family community in Hartford, CT. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction while ensuring maintenance and compliance standards.

This in-office role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and excellent communication to coordinate maintenance, leasing, and reporting to regional leadership.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family residential communities.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and financial reporting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with MMG policies and laws.
• Lead leasing, occupancy management, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Assist in budget development and monitoring, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor management, ensuring quality work and timely responses.
• Provide leadership and training to on-site teams; conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract residents and improve retention.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety protocols; manage risk and legal notices.
