A Better Way ABA is seeking a prudent Multifamily Property Manager to oversee assigned residential properties with the aim of maximizing asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Responsibilities include managing all property aspects, coordinating maintenance, tenant relations, lease negotiations, marketing vacant spaces, budgeting, and building client relationships to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as property manager.
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.

• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
