Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurants, driving financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing across locations in line with owner and franchisor guidelines.

You will collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and execute the location's game plan, ensure guest satisfaction, and train staff while maintaining strong community relationships to boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all areas of multi-unit restaurants and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
• Communicates with Director of Operations and managers daily; excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ensures PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Develops and achieves restaurant game plan with their Director of Operations.
• Ensures guest service meets company standards across locations.
• Responds to customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and acts to resolve issues.
• Works with local chamber and schools to increase restaurant sales.
• Trains general managers and staff through orientations, feedback, performance expectations, and reviews.
• Manages staffing schedules to cover all day parts and sales volumes.
• Oversees P&L across multiple units to optimize profit, control COGS, Labor, and controllables.
