Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Texas. This role directs the restaurants' financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing to align with owner and franchisor guidelines.

You will lead and develop general managers and staff, optimize schedules, and ensure guest service meets company standards. Collaboration with the Director of Operations and local partners is essential to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Oversees and manages multi-unit restaurants with final decisions on key matters.
• Drives financial performance, product production, inventory and marketing across locations.
• Ensures guest service and adherence to company standards and PRIDE systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of all restaurant locations and staff development.
• Ensures proper scheduling and staffing for all day parts and volumes.
• Directs P&L management, controls COGS, labor and controllables.
• Collaborates with the Director of Operations and managers daily.
• Responds to customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and promote sales.
• Engages with local chambers and schools to support restaurant growth.
