Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a District Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of restaurant locations. This role requires hands-on leadership, financial literacy, and translating strategy into store-level execution.

Ideal candidates have multi-location leadership experience, coach General Managers, move quickly, and ensure brand standards. You will drive sales, profitability, and consistency while reducing turnover and supporting new openings.

Qualifications

• Led multiple locations and understands what good looks like.
• Able to read and act on a P&L beyond review.
• Comfortable in the field, not behind reports.
• Able to hold people accountable without losing the team.
• Moves fast and avoids layers of approval.
• Understands that unit-to-unit consistency drives scale.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for performance across a portfolio of locations
• Driving sales, profitability, and operational consistency
• Coaching and developing General Managers and their teams
• Ensuring brand standards are executed at a high level across all units
• Identifying gaps in performance and fixing them quickly
• Managing labor, cost controls, and overall unit economics
• Supporting new store openings and market expansion
