Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations. You will lead senior management, uphold brand standards, and drive long-term profitability while delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will enforce cost controls, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and mentor General Managers and executive chefs to build a strong leadership pipeline across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (Area Manager, District Manager, or DO).
• Advanced understanding of restaurant financial metrics, budgeting, and cost-accounting software.
• Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing remote management teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel up to 50-75% between locations, depending on region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations across all locations.
• Lead senior management and enforce brand standards to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and maintain high guest experience.
