Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee food safety, inventory, scheduling, and team development while ensuring financial accountability and smooth restaurant performance.

The successful RGM will recruit and coach staff, handle guest inquiries, maintain a safe, clean dining room, manage local marketing, and report sales and expenses.
