Eurest USA is seeking a District Manager for the Atlanta, GA area to lead cross-functional teams across multiple accounts and drive operational excellence. The role includes planning, directing, and ensuring profitability while maintaining compliance with safety and QA standards.

You will work closely with client relationships, regional leadership, and finance to achieve short- and long-term goals, with extensive travel in the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multi-unit food service/hospitality management.
• Proven leadership in multi-unit operations and client relations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, safety and QA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple accounts within the territory.
• Manage operations to meet financial goals and client expectations.
• Build strong client relationships and drive profitability and safety metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local policies; conduct audits and implement improvements.
