Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in hospitality, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive food service management experience, preferably multi-unit or high-volume operations.
• Proven track record in financial management, P&L accountability, and budget optimization.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of modern workspace tools, data analytics, and digital platforms.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable food practices and elevating workplace dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day café operations, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with culinary, nutrition, and marketing teams to launch modern dining concepts.
• Partner with procurement, risk management, and people operations to support goals and standards.
• Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and coaching.
• Ensure a culture of food safety, workplace security, and compliance.
