Eurest in Maryland seeks a District Manager to lead a cross-functional team across multiple accounts, directing operations and financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will own the district P&L, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, and travel to client sites to ensure top-tier dining services and regulatory compliance. This role requires strategic leadership and a proven track record in multi-unit foodservice.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of progressive multi-unit foodservice leadership in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial metrics.
• Strong client relationship and team development skills.

• Leads, manages, and encourages a team of managers and their staff to provide outstanding service.
• Drives profitability, safety, engagement, and client satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop and execute district plans.
