Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years managing spend and budgets, RCA, and CI experience.
• 4+ years CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of technicians and engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage department budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate with external contractors across multiple sites.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-wide initiatives.
