Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations, mentor managers, and develop maintenance programs that drive uptime and efficiency. You will balance proactive planning with rapid problem resolution while fostering safety and continuous improvement across an 80+ person team.

You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI-driven decisions on equipment lifecycle, with up to 15% travel to support multiple sites nationwide.

Formación

• 10+ years leading large, complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years in senior management and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Eng, Eng Tech, Reliability Eng, or Amazon RME exp preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capital plans, drive improvements and uptime.
• Ensure safety protocols, partner with site leadership to enforce maintenance and safe work practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate contractors, provide ROI-led equipment decisions, leverage scale.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across sites.
