Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at the Canton site, guiding Area Maintenance Managers and teams in the development of preventive maintenance programs and safety excellence.

You will blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership, managing budgets, coordinating with operations, and driving continuous improvement across multiple areas. Domestic travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA and CI.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of technicians and engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
